Before picking up the phone or sending an email to IT support, try these quick steps:
1. Restart Your Computer#
Close all your applications and restart via Start → Restart. A restart clears memory and restarts stuck processes.
Unlike some systems like Linux, Windows is not designed to run indefinitely without a restart. Even though computers are becoming faster and more powerful, a daily reboot is recommended for PCs to maintain good performance and apply necessary updates.
2. Check Your Internet Connection#
