Solution IT takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes the data collected on solution-it.nc, its purposes and your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, applicable in New Caledonia since 1 June 2019.

Data collected#
The only direct collection of personal data on this website takes place through the contact form, which collects:
- your name (or company name),
- your email address,
- your message.
No other personal data is requested. No account is required to browse the website.
Purpose of processing#
This data is used exclusively to respond to your contact or quote requests. It is never sold, shared, or used for unsolicited marketing.
Message processing#
Contact form messages are processed directly by our own servers, without any third-party service, and delivered to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd), where they are covered by the GDPR safeguards applicable to that service. Bot protection relies on internal technical mechanisms that collect no personal data.
Audience measurement#
This website uses Plausible Analytics, hosted on our own servers. This privacy-friendly tool uses no cookies and collects no personally identifiable data: statistics are anonymous and aggregated. No analytics data is shared with third parties.
This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Retention period#
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless an ongoing contractual relationship exists. It is then deleted.
Data transfers#
Apart from the Microsoft 365 mailbox mentioned above, no personal data is transferred to third parties or outside the scope of processing your request.
Your rights#
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you,
- right to rectification: correct inaccurate data,
- right to erasure: request the deletion of your data.

Complaints#
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), the competent authority in New Caledonia: www.cnil.fr.
