Yes. While preparing the new workstation, we transfer your files and useful settings and reinstall your software. The computer is handed over ready to use, and the old one is only wiped once the transfer has been checked with you.
Do you supply hardware for a single machine?
Yes. We equip a single workstation just as well as a full fleet renewal. Either way, the choice is based on your actual use, not on a catalogue sheet.
Is the hardware under warranty?
The hardware comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Because we installed it and know it, we remain your contact if it fails, including for dealing with the manufacturer.
