Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most troubleshooting and configuration is handled through remote access, so there is no need to wait for a site visit. We come on site in Nouméa and Greater Nouméa when the situation requires it: server installation, migration, network or hardware issues.

Licences, contracts and functional changes to the software are handled by the publisher or its resellers.
Can you migrate Quadratus to a new server?
Yes. We prepare the new server, transfer the company files, check each user's access and confirm everything works before the old server is retired. The switchover is scheduled with you, outside closing and payroll periods.
